What should I bring to the Spa?

We recommend to arrive 40 min early to check in to fill out the medical form and the payment process. Then you will be ready to enjoy the Spa facilities to prepare your skin for the treatment. In case that you want to avoid the hydrotherapy you just need to arrive 15 min early. In case that you have a medical condition we will let you know if it’s contraindicated for your health and give you options of other services.

What happens if I’m late for my appointment?

In case of a delay the treatment will last the remaining time or can be rescheduled to take it for the full time. In case the service has been previously paid there are no refunds.

What should I avoid before my treatment?

For your safety, treatments should not be taken on a full stomach, and will not be rendered to any guest under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Smoking, food & beverages are not allowed inside the Spa.

What is the cancellation policy?

It is possible to change or cancel the reservation 4 hours before the appointment. Otherwise, the fee will be charged for 50% of the total reservation.

Do you accept payments in dollars?

We only accept mexican pesos or credit card for payment of services

Is gratuity included?

Gratuity it’s not included in your bill and this is optional to your choice. You can leave it in cash or charge to your credit card.

Do you have services for minors?

Our services are suitable for children up to 8 years old always in the company of an adult only for treatments. The use of hydrotherapy it’s contraindicated which is not allowed.
